Janine Lindemulder was born on November 14, 1968 in La Mirada and she is probably best known for her work in American pornographic films during the mid-1990s and then later in a 2004-2005 comeback.
After she graduated high school in 1986, Janine supplemented her income by working as a stripper and in 1987 she modeled for the December 1987 ‘Penthouse’ magazine and was its 'Pet of the Month'.
She appeared in ‘Penthouse’ several more times over the next ten years and was chosen as 'Pet of the Year Runner-Up' for 1990.
Janine also played several roles in mainstream films early in her career and her first part came in the 1988 film entitled 'Moving Target'. She continued to act in other movies including ‘Spring Break USA’ and ‘Caged Fury’ although neither of them turned out to be very successful.
Lindemulder made her adult film debut in the 1992 movie 'Hidden Obsessions’ and then featured in two more adult movies before she joined ‘Vivid Video’ and became one of their contract models who are collectively referred to as the ‘Vivid Girls’.
As a part of her contract, Janine worked under a girl only policy which meant she would only do lesbian work and this became her stock in trade.
In 1999, Janine announced that she would be leaving the adult film industry in order to pursue a career as a kindergarten teacher and added that her main reason for leaving was that she wanted to spend more time raising her child.
Nevertheless in April 2004 she announced that she would be attempting a comeback and added that she would also begin working with men as well as with women. She then re-signed with her former company, ‘Vivid Video’ and went on to star in eight films under their brand.
She has won awards for ..
